Reopening of Online application portal for 2019/2020

Njala University wishes to inform prospective applicants and the general public that it has reopened its online applications portal starting Monday 9thSeptember 2019for Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses tenable at Njala University for the 2019/2020Academic Year.

Prospective candidates wishing to gain admission into Njala University MUST apply ONLINE through the University Online Admissions portal at the website: https://app.njala.edu.sl

Please ensure that you have electronic (scanned/PDF) versions of the following documents before starting the application inputting process:(a) Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of age, (b) Certificate(s) of WASSCE or GCE O’ Levels, (c) School leaving Testimonial(s)/Certificate(s), (d) One passport size photograph of yourself and (e) Application processing fee payment slip or e-voucher saved in a pen drive for inputting as required.

APPLICATION PROCESSING FEES:

Undergraduate Applicants: LE 300,000.00

Postgraduate Applicants: LE 500,000.00 (Non-Refundable)

Applicants MUSTpay their application processing feesat any of the branches of the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank. The Njala University Fees account Number for your payment is003010002429120119. Upon payment, the bank will issue to you aPayment Slip or an Electronic – Voucher (e-voucher).

NOTE: Refunds to applicants will be paid in accordance with the government policy.Applicants with the requisite university qualifications are therefore encouraged to apply.

The DEADLINEfor the submission of application is Friday, 20thSeptember 2019.

Prospective applicants are strongly advised to apply before the close of the stipulated deadline, as the online portal will automatically shutdown at midnight on the closing date.
