Mr. John Jones is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics, Banking and Finance, School of the Social Sciences, Njala University Bo Campus. He holds a B.Sc. (Economics with Education) from the Njala University; M.Ed in Statistics, Measurement & Evaluation from Njala University; and M.Sc in Economics from Njala University.

Mr. Jones lectures core economics courses which range from Microeconomics, Mathematics for Social sciences, Demography, Labour Economics, Applied Economics, and Economic Policy Analysis.  He also lectures economic modules in other Departments and Units in the school.

Mr. Jones has attended several workshops ranging from socio-economic to political aspects of society, international training and conferences. He is also a member of the Automation Task Force Committee and a member of the University Examination Committee.
